- The monthly prize draws are open to bona fide UK catering establishments, excluding the Promoter and publicly funded bodies, both their employees, their employees' families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draws.
- Employees must have the full knowledge and consent of their employer before taking part in the prize draws.
- Entry must be made online via the official entry form available on www.cartedortrade.co.uk/competition. One entry per wholesaler or catering establishment per monthly draw.
- No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries, entries with incorrect details or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
- Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- The monthly prize draws shall run from 1st June - 31th March 2008 inclusive.
- The Closing date for receipt of entries for each monthly prize draw is 12p.m. (GMT) the last day of each month. Entries received after the relevant closing date will be entered into the next draw. The closing date for the final prize draw is 12p.m. (GMT) 30th November 07.
- The prize fund consists of 6 50 Carte D'Or stock vouchers. There is one voucher to be won in each monthly draw. The voucher is to be redeemed against their next order of Carte D'Or Catering ice cream products. The vouchers are redeemable at all Carte D'Or wholesalers and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The vouchers can be used in full or part payment of an order.
- The first entry chosen at random from all entries received by the relevant closing date for the monthly draw shall win a prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. There shall be no cash alternatives. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the establishment to which it has been issued.
- The winner will be notified by email within seven days from the relevant monthly draw closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days after the date of sending the email. If after 14 days the prize has not been claimed the prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
- The names and counties of the winners will be available on request to those who send an SAE to Carte D'Or Trade Prize Winners, Marketing Dept, Unilever UK Ltd, Station Avenue, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 1UP between 30th November and 31st December 2007.
- By entering the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
- Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
